Today we had dryland at swimming again.
It wasn't the usual dryland, we went running.

We had to pair up for some reason and run a long forest track.
I paired up with .
We jogged halfway, and the coach took a vote to see if we still want to run the rest.
Some people voted for to run the rest of the track, then somehow, someone rammed into our friend knocking her over and she scraped her knee and elbow. And BADLY too.

It was so bad, after she scraped her knee, she bent over to hold her knee, which was white.
It took a while to start bleeding, but when it did, the blood was dripping all over.

The coach pointed to the closest 3 people, which were , her sister, and I.
She said she wanted us to walk her back and get her first aid.

When we walked by, everyone stared for a second, at LEAST. There were a LOT of small children tagging along, so I think we scared the CRAP out of them.

After a while, we suggested that she shouldn't walk anymore, so we carried her. Her sister and I took her arms, while took her legs.
The way she took them wasn't really good, either, because if she'd turn her head an inch, her nose would be in the wound.

But it wasn't so bad seeing blood for me. Well it is for ME, now isn't it?
I was chuckling along the way, wishing I brought a camera to take a picture of her knee and post it on some gore website.

It was bleeding a LOT by the time we got back, it was dripping down her leg in all directions.

Her sister ran ahead to get attention from the coaches.


When we got there, she got her wound cleaned and covered in a short time, but she didn't swim that day.



Now, kids, remember this as a lesson, "Never run in a group with other small children." (jk)
Well, I'm a child too.... lol.
